Project Description
As a participant in the HXOUSE x adidas Creative Project Management Program (CPMP) in October 2022, I collaborated with a multidisciplinary team to conceptualize a storefront activation for the adidas Queen Street West location in Toronto. The program offered intensive workshops aimed at empowering emerging creatives to develop brand-focused, multi-dimensional experiences.
What Was Done
3D storefront concept designed and modeled using Blender3D
Day-to-night animation to visualize the transformation and mood of the space
Pitch development and delivery in collaboration with team members and mentors
Storefront display design, including digital mockups.
Creative Process
The creative brief focused on designing a physical retail activation that aligned with adidas’ brand values and community-forward mission. This marked my first exploration into retail space design using Blender3D, where I developed a fully animated concept that transitioned from day to night to highlight the evolving function and mood of the space.
To support the pitch presentation, I created 3D models of the storefront and product displays, helping the concept feel tangible and visually compelling. This experience also expanded my skill set in creative project management, concept visualization, and working within brand guidelines in a high-stakes, real-world pitch scenario.
